How Long is Production Time?

Standard production for customized/ handmade items is 7 days THEN SHIP.

Can I rush my order?

If you need your sooner then the anticipated production/ shipping period, please contact us right away to work out a rush order. Additional rush fees may apply.

Shipping Info? How, When, Where, etc.

ALL items are shipped through USPS.

If the item is less then .13oz then it is sent first class received in 2-5 days.

If the item(s) weigh more then .13oz collectively, it is shipped parcel post, expected in 2-9 days. 

International Shipping?

We do ship worldwide! :)

ALL international orders are sent first class international mail via USPS. This can take up to 14 full business days.

Tracking?

 Tracking is provided for ALL orders both domestic and internationally.

Returns/Exchanges? 

All items are created made-to-order and custom for my customers, therefore they are non returnable, non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. The only time a refund will be issued is per cancellation that complies within the 24 hour cancellation period/ and or the item received was defective ( name spelled wrong, thread unraveled,etc) If this does occur you must conatct us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the product must be returned within three days of receiving. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE WITHOUT MESSAGING US FIRST, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER.


The Tiny Closet has a no return/no refund policy. All orders are custom created and shipped out, just as listed or per the customers request. Orders are created custom to the customers needs, therefore they can not be returned or refunded.

Local Shoppers?

If you live in the area, or will be in the area, and you want to pick up your order instead of having it shipped you may do so, but please contact us prior to placing the order so we can arrange for this. Thanks.
